Pros

Nice, family operated company. Great culture and job perks. I made a lot of friends there.

Cons

The base pay is super low. Hopefully they've increased starting salaries since I've left but that was a major setback for me. Must want to work hard because the hours are long and the goals are tough. However, I think if you work hard, there is potential to earn a lot.
