Love the culture at the company. Everyone is super helpful with tasks, puts you in positions to succeed, and gives you the tools to own your own desk. Would definitely recommend someone to work here.

Pros

Nice, family operated company. Great culture and job perks. I made a lot of friends there.

Cons

The base pay is super low. Hopefully they've increased starting salaries since I've left but that was a major setback for me. Must want to work hard because the hours are long and the goals are tough. However, I think if you work hard, there is potential to earn a lot.
