The only con would be that Davis is a Developement company and you’ll never know when your property will go under contract.

I loved my time at Davis Development! They had Great work/life balance. Everyone who works at Davis is amazing. If they ever build a community in the Kansas City area I would jump at the chance to work with them again!

Davis Development builds beautiful, brand new communities that are easy to sell. The lease up experience is so exciting and we had a fantastic team! They offer competitive pay, great benefits and wonderful commissions. I loved working with my manager and our team!

Cons

Communities often sell quickly, but they are always building more!
