      Davis Development truly takes care of their employees and treats everyone as family. I was lucky to have one of the best managers. Because of her and Davis as a whole my standards and expectations are set high.

      They build to sell or I would have never left Davis.

      I absolutely love working for Davis. They truly care about their staff. I love the work environment and any concerns that I have are always addressed.

      Cons

      The job can sometimes be stressful but that's only because our communities are always popular. Therefore, we're always on the move, leasing up the apartments.

      We enjoy each day with our Davis group. We are a pretty successful group because we are truly a team! Yes, we do love to listen, so tell us what we can do to make things better any time… The busy offices are a credit to the wonderful marketing and amazing lead follow-up by the entire Davis group; not to mention the “at home” feeling you get while visiting the office.
