      Pros

      I love everything about Davis. I’ve never felt so much support from upper management. Competitive pay, amazing leasing bonuses, and a great corporate office.

      Cons

      Insurance is kind of expensive, but other than that no complaints.

      Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We do believe we have one of, if not the best cultures. We think that happy and motivated teams make the entire community positive and fun. While the insurance might be a bit pricey, it’s pretty good insurance. Having good insurance is the trade-off when it comes to good medical plans… We do subsidize our employee coverage cost over 60% - so if you are only covering yourself it is not too bad.

      High caliber of people across the entire company helping the team to succeed. Phenomenal, beautiful communities you can be proud to work in and proud to sell. Fast paced; never boring.

      Cons

      Eventually the goal is to sell the community so you just hope it isn't too fast.

      Amazing company to work for!

      Pros

      They treat you like family. The staff was always eager to help when asked for assistance The short time I was there, I achieved a lot with the help of my manager Shelly. I would definitely come back.

      Cons

      The only con is they do their job too well! Davis is a development company. So they develop new luxury communities, lease them up and sell the property to a private ownership. So the length of time to be employed with Davis is short. But if you do your job well, they will find a place for you to go. They also tell you this upfront as well, which is nice.

While true there are times when we have less time than we would prefer, it is never goodbye, only until we see you again. Thanks for your wonderful comments.
