Pros

Our leadership continues to equip us with the training we need to stay current in an ever changing industry. Lee and Michelle are always asking us "what it is that we need" as well as "are you okay". The commission structure is awesome and the best I have seen in my 10 year career here in the DFW.

Cons

Beautiful products and attractive NI's can only yield one thing; hungry buyers. However, I knew this coming in and understand that this comes with the territory.

We do want to know what is needed at the property level to make your job easier or more efficient; plus every one of us at Davis Management worked on-site at some point and we do not take what you do making us successful for granted. This is the best company I have worked for. It does not matter anyone's title, they will treat you no different. They treat you like family. They genuinely care about you as not only an employee, but a person. The most genuine group of leaders I have worked for. I would recommend Davis Development to anyone looking for a job in the industry.

There are none, they are an amazing company to work for.

It is nice to read that titles are not important in our company, because they are not. Everyone is here to fulfill a role and that role is no better or any lessor than the next. Respect for one another is a must. If there are areas of group needed, we will discuss it, not in an effort to toss someone off the bus, but rather to support them and give them the tools to be even better tomorrow than today.
