Pros

Fun work environment, great coworkers, great product to sell. Commissions paid very well. A lot of face time with upper management.

Cons

Properties sell quickly and you might not have an opportunity to stay with the company. Not a lot of opportunity for growth.

We are so glad you have enjoyed your time with us. At Davis Development we strive to have our employees have positive experiences & some fun. While we do build these beautiful communities and sometimes that results in them being attractive to apartment buyers, we do keep building, and in a lot of cases opportunities come back around to return. We have some folks that have return multiple times and we sure appreciate them for doing so! Again, appreciate the kind words…!
