Great place to get your foot in the door for property management!

Pros

Excellent company that will train and back you up with great commissions if you are at a lease-up property. Management and corporate are always there to support you. This company focuses on customer service which a lot of other management companies do not have. They are a wealthy company with beautiful properties and great coworkers. I like that they are luxury apartments and communities are always safe because of this. Your commissions are $100 per lease you sell but they have to move in and not cancel.

Cons

The company is a developer so they build and manage for a few months up to a year and then will sell. This is not a stable job unless you wish to move with the company. Some like this, but most will have families and would not like the fact of constantly moving cities or even states. While you get great commissions, if you want to live on property you only get $150 off per month while most other companies will offer 15-20% off base rent. I've even heard as much as 40% off and management is free rent from other places.

Loved the uniforms and the communities are gorgeous. Reports and day to day operations are easy. Great commissions so my Con below may not be a Con, bc no one else is paying these commissions. I read a comment that there were many times you work late, I didn't have that experience and if I did I was paid. I always thought upper Management were very nice.

Cons

Properties are built and sold, so keep that resume up to date. No stay on bonus for employees when communities are sold.
