8yTaking care of our employees is our number one priority; if they don’t have lives outside of work or are generally dissatisfied with their works lives it will quickly become apparent to the residents. As a result we’ve found that creating an engaging and rewarding environment for our leasing teams to work in yields happy employees and happy residents. 8yWe have found that excellent employees create excellent apartment communities; as a result we only hire those whom we believe will contribute to and improve one of our leasing teams.
