The Regional manager was best friends with the manager. It’s all about favorites. They tell you that they will/can replace you in a heart beat

Company treats you like you are disposable. They are very racist. There are a lot of clicks. They think they can treat you however they like because they “pay a lot”.

The people are so wonderful and caring! The culture is one of over achievers, but at the same time with a caring approach. The leadership truly cares about the people.

Cons

The company is really terrific and there is not much that could be better. There are just so many great things about this organization.
