Taylor is such a great property manager! I love her energy and she really cares about her team and makes everyone feel loved and heard. She is so supportive and always cheers us on. I absolutely love working for Davis Development. I am so grateful for this being my first leasing job and it working out so well for me. I absolutely love it here!!!

Cons

I wish I would’ve started here sooner! I pray I stay with this company for a long time.

- Fun work environment. - Great commission opportunities. - Lots of learning opportunities available if you want to grow your career. - More PTO than a lot of companies offer and your PTO balance increases each year through year 5. - If you get bored working in the same place and doing exactly the same job all the time then working with Davis Development is perfect. There are lots of properties coming up in the metroplex surrounding Dallas so there are plenty of opportunities to work at new properties as they open.

Cons

- If you prefer to stay in one place and not change much about your job then this may not be the company for you. Working for Davis is always exciting and interesting because of how much it changes but some people don’t deal well with change. - The company is growing a lot in the Dallas area but it’s still a smaller family style company. The pro for this is that you aren’t just a number and you get interaction with higher level leaders. The con is that there’s not as much room for upward mobility as you might see in a larger company.
