Very good work life balance. Remote working Great benefits including life insurance, medical insurance, dental insurance, unlimited paid time away from work, good parental leave etc.

Cons

Tech Stack and huge monolith is a huge blocker now and then, but there is some work in progress to address some of these issues. Lack of career progression opportunities
