Pros

No touch freight / drop and hooks for linehaul, home daily, typically close to 10 hour days, current mileage rate is .718 cents, most linehaul drivers will make over 90k and many over 100k

Cons

like all companies we're being more and more micro managed by tech

Pros

ok pay. flexible hours. quick hire. 5 word minimum

Cons

I was told a lot of things in the interview that i found were not true. I don't know why companies do this. i guess they just want to load up on people. Hours were weird and people seemed like they hated it there and wanted to leave. i wanted to make money. supervisors talked to workers like they were idiots at meetings. i heard they write up people over safety stuff all the time, then i look on the accident board and they have frequent serious accidents. building was nasty and decrepit. fast paced environment with very little training. On my list of worst jobs i've had. seems like the drivers are the money makers and the only ones that get recognition.

Pros

-When we're busy... We're busy. Always something to do with decent hours when at peak season. Management listens to concerns. They can only do what they can being (at my service center, 50-55 drivers) that we have customers to attend to and need to in a timely manner. -if you're unhappy with hours as a driver, management usually has no problem with you jumping on a Hilo at the end of the day to regain some time. -equipment is pretty decent and taken care of

Cons

-Hours can be short some days, especially when we're slow. -Health insurance could really use an overhaul for the better. -starting off (at least at my service center) will suck sometimes being that we are seniority based. Takes some years to start getting good hours.
