      At least they don't start pay below $19hr for driver.

      Cons

      Hourly wage is not compatible with other trucking companies. Fedex Freight starts you out more.

      The company cares about the employees, For me this was just like the old saying " When you do what you love, you will never work a single day of your life" I loved coming in each and everyday, because they make you feel welcome and appreciated, as long as you do your J.O.B

      Cons

      Honestly none besides the lack of benefits for part timers

      Pros

      The culture. From the top down you are treated with respect and are reminded how important you are to the company. They really show you in many ways how much they appreciate the employees. Equipment, facilities, and management are top notch. Here, you get out of it what you put into it.

      Cons

      None worth mentioning. There are so many great things about this company that the few negatives are just knit picking.
