Pros

Decent pay for the work, good benefit package. Decent hours. Don't do anything to irritate management and you'll be just fine.

Cons

Stressful at times, especially when we get busy. Some of the equipment has seen better days, starting off is a little rough since it is seniority based. But if you can fight through it, it's worth it.

Pros

New equipment, experienced dock and p&d drivers that work extremely hard, good reputation with customers, quarterly bonuses for management. Every driver has a pallet jack.

Cons

Make it easier to get rid of non productive employees. Take care of employees that go above and beyond. Lack of straps in some service center.
