      Pros

      Perfect job for a college student. Mostly flexible with hours. Pay is entry at around 18/hour. Pretty laid back culture. Started to crack down a little right before I left.

      Cons

      Training is not organized. Expected to pick up your job quickly with minimal support.

      Pros

      Great place to work at, great team environment, fast paced, a lot of communication and time management. Very friendly co-workers and customers.

      Cons

      While it is great to work here at Dayton Freight in the warmer times of the month it can get very cold during the winter and you need to bundle up as the temperatures can be brutal!

We have looked into dock bumpers; however, there is not a quality product on the market that can withstand our wear and tear. We are always keeping our eyes open for new products to enhance the work environment. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will continue to look for solutions to cold weather!
