      Great PT job. College job. Great Pay. supervisors need training

      Great Pay. Early hours. Good Equipment. Growing company. friendly employees clean environment. summer spring and fall is nice working outside

      Cons

      Management is no good at communicating. No advancement from dock to road. Part time cannot get over 30 hours. no overtime. no paid time off.

      Pros

      Great part-time job. More than fair pay for what your job is. Room to move up through dock to driver programs and supervisor training.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes be a little blunt. Working on the dock leaves you to deal with the weather which in the midwest can be rough. That is of no fault of the company though just the nature of the business.
