      If you're going to work for an LTL company this is the only company you should work for. Fair compensation, great incentive program, positive drivers which NEVER comes often and a solid executive foundation.

      Flexible hours, friendly staff, and a great place to work second shift hours around a busy schedule. I would recommend.

      Cons

      at times it seemed that there was an issue with under staffing. formal training rather than learn as you go would be good improvement
