Pros

Good benefits, eaw is nice

Cons

They only listen to one side of the story. They conner you and tell you what they think happened instead of fully investigating a situation. Management is horrible if you don't thank them enough they will find reasons to get rid of you over stupid stuff.

Pros

This is a family owned business that has devoted extensive resources, time, and money to structor a company that starts and ends with the success of the face of their company....the DRIVER. At Dayton as a driver you aren't just another number because you are #1. Dayton does a great job of keeping drivers updated and compliant on all federal regulations, customer service, and valuable tools to create a successful and rewarding atmosphere. Your efforts and commitment are always recognized. I've been around the industry for over forty years and Dayton's commitment, focus, compensation, and benefits are unsurpassed. Things will only get better with time at Dayton because they're not complacent and they will always strive to improve. If you are considering ANY position at Dayton don't think twice. You will have an opportunity to work with a winning and successful team.

Cons

In a professional world there are none.

Pros

Steady Work, Good Benefits, Weekly Paychecks, Competitive Pay, Small Office Environment. Position was pretty much a head down data entry job - could listen to music throughout shift.

Cons

Over Emphasis on Production - Every second of your shift must be accounted for. Long Irregular Hours - End time varied every day. Not Much Potential For Job Advancement.
