You are able to purchase benefits like health dental and vision.

Cons

The pay is so low you can barely afford the benefits. You are not given merit increases, Some of the employees qualify for government assistance or cannot afford to purchase benefits. Yet they do a survey by the Archer Company every year to determine if you are being paid adequately for the work you do.

good benefits, set hours, and you can leave your job at work when the day ends.

Cons

bureaucracy is thick and their policies were designed in a way that to get your fair share of breaks and time off/sick time, the policies are often abused. Furlough days and lack of pay raises make it feel stale.
