      Excellent Culture

      Pros

      DeVry's culture is excellent. The care and support that we receive is just outstanding. I selected DeVry as my "employer of choice" and I'm so grateful that I did. Their kindness and caring for one another is like no other place that I have ever worked. All-in-all, DeVry continues to revalidate what they do and how they assist one another in being a top-drawer, tier one organization.

      Cons

      Like any organization, there are always a few opportunities for improvement. But, they are few and far between. Our shear size is such that that is a blessing but, can also present a set of unique challenges. DeVry continues to strive to improve - and for that, I'm most grateful.
