Pros

DeVry has an amazing advising team atmosphere.

Cons

Student Support Advisors are both academic and financial advisors to students, so there is way too much work to keep up.

Pros

I've really enjoyed working here because the organization values and actively pursues real innovation. It's not just talk: there's even an internal award for those who help generate and deliver the most innovative solutions. As a recent recipient, I can speak from experience and say that every colleague is challenged to bring innovative ideas to the table in the spirit of improving learner and/or colleague experience. There are even frameworks that help standardize the way in which ideas are pitched, refined, and prioritized. Learning these valuable skills has helped my team continue to effectively source, evaluate, and deliver the next innovations that are transforming learner and colleague experience through business process and technology.

Cons

Nothing significant of note here.
