      Pros

      Strong performance communication and clear understanding of goals. DeVry University provides you with solid training and development opportunities - if you seek them. The work environment in admissions and student central is friendly, helpful and team members are always willing to help. The executive team consistently and clearly communicates the mission of the university. There is a strong sense of care for our students and colleagues. The remote work opportunity has made a huge difference in my personal and professional life.

      Cons

      Once you have reached the top tier at the admissions advisor level, there is not much room for financial growth - unless you move into management. However the other pros stated above outweigh this con.

      This job is run like a sales role and the school is for profit so their main priority is getting students signed up for classes whether it’s right for the student or not
