      One of the best jobs I have had

      Great sense of community, even remote. Understanding supervisors. Flexibility.

      Cons

      I haven't really experienced anything that I found to be a downside, except that as a FWS student worker and being part time I don't have access to most beneifts.

      Easy enough; not good for resume building

      Pros

      Have some opportunities to work on special projects, but otherwise on the phone most of the day. Best thing for my resume was learning transcripts.

      Cons

      High outgoing call volume since most people don't want to be called, and half the people who answer don't want to be called either. Incoming calls are hard to handle because staff isn't properly trained, students and former students are usually calling when angry, and the turnover is so high it's hard to find someone to answer their questions.
