Pros

I worked from home and decent manager

Cons

The job does a bait and switch! They will over sale you on the benefits and make it seem as if you are there to help the student. You are there to run the call center and get applications based on being on a the phone( sales force)all day! Also fake relationship building, so you feel obligated to make them more money! A lot of mind games! Run 🗣 Zero diversity and horrid supervisor

Pros

There were good colleagues and good management. I felt supported, and was always able to ask for help or guidance.

Cons

The job itself is not particularly stimulating. It is mainly a customer service-like role. I spend most of the day just leaving voicemails to the same 10 students everyday. This is a very monotonous job, but decent pay and decent benefits.
