Senior leadership needs to have a higher level of transparency and take into consideration employee loyalty to the company when facing lay off decisions.

Great place...for a call center

Pros

Travel was a great benefit if it was something you enjoyed doing. The teams and overall feel of the company were great and really felt more involved than just someone you saw daily..

Cons

New hires generally had the later shifts which was a hard switch. The call volumes continued to climb with campus layoffs and eventually all you did was answer calls. Students could be aggressive.

Pros

Very well defined vision and TEACH values. Good people with all the right intentions and a strong focus on students who might not otherwise be going to college. Every program offered has a career path which really affords those who graduate a good future

Cons

Constantly having to adjust to the pressures being brought on the for-profit sector of high education has caused constant changes in administration approaches and structure. Focus is still on education but too often the business side of things gets in the way.
