Pros

Good Benefits, good pay if you were hired at the right time - but they are not paying people now (and they quality of employees is going downhill)

Cons

Talk, talk, talk. They often say its' all about the student, but they really don't care. They come out with "scholarship" blitzes, but current students are not eligible for them.

Pros

Good benefits and growth opportunities.

Cons

Expected to work a lot of hours including weekends. No work/life balance. Part of a sales team that sold an over-priced education to people on government grants.

Pros

Was able to gain experience working with college students. Met some really cool co-workers who became friends. Many different responsibilities to add to my resume.

Cons

Terrible work life balance. Constantly adding job responsibilities. Shortly after I left they extended office hours to 9pm which would keep an employee at work all day. It was horrible for people who had families. They also started forcing employees to work on "alternate holidays".
