      It is literally hard to think of any. The pay was decent

      Pros

      Competitive wages, they pay higher since its a for-profit private university

      Cons

      They are constantly "restructuring" which means massive lay offs about 2 to 3 times a year. Especially if you are in a management position, they dissolve positions constantly. There is absolutely no job security and depending which location you're at, no professional growth. There's always a clique and if you're not a part of the group, all opportunities will be denied. There is no work-life balance either, they're open saturdays and if they could sundays as well. During the weekday till 8pm, you don't have time for your family. They work you like a mule and never appreciate what you do, its never good enough and you could have done more.
