      If you work for them, you never know when you will become unemployed

      Pros

      tuition benefits for full time employees. I also heard that health insurance is really good but I am not sure since I have never used it.

      Cons

      You never know when you will get fired no matter how hard you have worked for the company. The company needs people who understands and values education. Also the management keeps a lot of secrets. By the time you learn what is going on, it is very late. Either your job is 10 times harder now or you are expected to accomplish something unrealistic or you actually don't have a job.

      You get a severance check when you get laid off.

      Cons

      Overall, the management has forgotten why they are in business...students. They have turned into a greedy money hungry business. It is sad because the quality of education could be there, with the right leadership. Sad to see it go downhill.
