Pros

The team dynamic is outstanding. There isn't anything you can not ask for help and multiple people will jump in to assist. The Culture is genuine. When speaking with each colleague, you know that they genuinely love what they do, who they do it with and who they do it for. I continually confirm each day that I made the best decision to work at DeVry.

Cons

No company is perfect. Each person has to find what motivates, makes them happy and what their expectations of their employer should be to make the work worth it. There are no notable cons at that can be mentioned at this time.
