      Managers need to take business management classes and the project manager should've taken the Keller PM courses for software implementation

      Constant change which is frustrating. There have been significant lay-offs since I have been hired as well as restructuring. For being a technology school, there seem to be quite a few issues with technology related problems. Managers are not always understanding of the long days -- work/life balance does not exist. We are often expected to work during the evening and weekend.

      None, Jacksonville Office Maybe the left over food that the campus buys for the poor students. Very hostile work environment Disrespectful to employees and rude. Lying to students and employees is acceptable.

      Cons

      Managers are mean spirited and do not care about their employees, favoritism and very nasty managers. Long hours and little pay. No flex-time and if you are the manager''s favor employee, that employee can treat others with disrespect.
