      Pros

      I've really enjoyed my job at Devry. Although it can get a bid repetitive at times, there are plenty of opportunities to move inside of the company. management is very caring and they foster an environment where personal development is encourages. Benefits are top notch and you can get tuition reimbursement at Keller after a year of employment

      Pay is a little low. Heavy Emphasis on hourly productivity

      Pros

      Many of the students at this campus are the first ones in their family to go to college, and have had to overcome lots of obstacles that a typical college student doesn't even consider. To be part of the team helping them to graduate and move themselves and their family up the ladder is a great feeling.

      Cons

      It's hard to foster a school spirit when it's an all-commuter school. The old-timer employees here have often given up on the whole idea of education and seem to see it as just another job.
