Pros
Benefits effective day 1, 11 paid holidays and two weeks vacation, 401k match, casual fridays and practically free college tuition. They are also very organized, there is no question about responsibilities and tons of support from management, IT, coworkers-etc
Cons
Call center/telesales environment, very few of the entry level people have longevity- there is some concern about turnover in certain departments. If you can't cut the mustard your out no questions asked.
