      Had some very good sales training,

      Terrible leads, poor comminucation between departments, as expectations increase compensation decreases. Very low morale.

      Good physical work environment, most managers communicate very well, compensation was very good, reasonable work life balance, senior managers are very approachable

      Cons

      Some managers are awful communicators, waiting to provide performance feedback until either mid-year or at year end Push is to get B level performers and below out the door , in some cases stove pipe structure and too much politics, little help onboarding new staff
