Pros

* Focus by the leadership team on improving the financial stability of the university and doing it the "right" way. * Focus on student centric metrics that help to ensure that students receive a return on their investment * Led by a leadership team that truly cares about its people and employs ethics and integrity in how they operate

Cons

DeVry has embraced the idea of remote work and those looking for an in-person daily experience may not get it at DeVry. I would say that DeVry does do a good job of developing a strong culture and making people part of the team - even in a remote environment.

Pros

DeVry is a great place to work and a great place to further your education. I left my original university in 2018 to finish my Bachelor's degree with DeVry. Finishing my degree with DeVry was phenomenal. The advisors, the professors, the classes, just the entire experience was great. Considering I left my original university because the school was very unorganized and I felt like I wasn't a priority. DeVry was able to turn my experience right around! Now, I am an employed by DeVry and I can say that not only getting my degree with DeVry was great but working at DeVry is just as great. I left my previous employer because of the culture and I felt there was no opportunity to grow. Within my first few months at DeVry, I felt a culture shock in the best way. My colleagues are friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. I am incredibly happy with my experience at DeVry. I am excited to grow and develop with DeVry over the course of my career. They have such great benefits, and the culture is wonderful. It is exciting to watch DeVry stride to be an even better place to work. I am grateful I get to be a part of it.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons about DeVry University.
