Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on working with DeVry University. It's great to hear that you appreciate the remote work and our generous paid time off. Remote work can indeed offer flexibility and work-life balance. However, it's important to address your concerns as well. Working in a contact center can be challenging, which is why we are very clear in all stages of our hiring process, beginning with our job description and throughout the interview process to provide the most realistic view of what this role entails and how much time is spent on the phone. We appreciate your feedback and are grateful for your contributions. If you have any additional feedback or concerns, we encourage you to reach out to us at Talent_Acquisition@devry.edu.
