diverse teams, people are very friendly, throughout the day kitchen is a place to meet and chat. company is growing rapidly. R&D dept is relatively small, which means there are opportunities for professional growth. there are many areas where a diligent smart dev can shine :)

Cons

product is very complex, so expect steep learning curve. technology is behind the curve, but they are now working on integrating new tools and libraries. rapid growth can sometime lead to pressure
