Pros

This is a great company. Very dedicated employees. Good vibes and kindness. The managers are super strong (and I have worked with many talented professionals in the past). C-suite is smart, passionate, sharp and all from very successful companies. They are very intentional about the culture and want people to succeed. You can make a real impact. The company has very ambitious plans and it feels good to be part of a successful growth story.

Cons

No real cons. Tempo is very high for those not used to startup life.

Company has big ambition. People are great. Interesting tech with big market. Culture is achievement driven but respects work life balance. Never an issue to go get the kids.
