The biggest problem was being pushed to prioritize speed over actually helping customers. You were expected to move quickly, stick to scripts, and keep things "efficient", even when the situation clearly required real attention and problem-solving. It made the work feel hollow because you weren't empowered to deliver genuine support, just to close out interactions and move on. That kind of setup frustrates customers and burns out employees because it's built around optics instead of outcomes.
