Strong platform and skilled developers who genuinely care about quality.

Cons

Decision-making was overly centralized, and employees had little room to use judgement or creativity. The culture was packed with slogans about collaboration, but every task required unnecessary approval chains. Instead of empowering people, leadership managed through control and oversight. The workload wasn't impossible - it was just stifled by process.

You'll get paid, eventually. Maybe you'll meet one or two nice coworkers trying to survive like you.

Cons

If you're thinking about applying here, save yourself! The pay is terrible, expectations are insane, and management barely communicates unless it's to blame someone. Training is just a bunch of useless videos, and the founder acts like they're running a visionary empire when it's really a chaotic mess. People quit constantly, and those who stay are stuck with no growth, no raises, and no respect. The turnover is through the roof, and the whole place runs on burnout and denial.
