The salary was generous. That’s about it.

Cons

Where do I start? No onboarding. Horribly toxic CEO propped up by a bunch of yes men all around him. Loud verbal abuse screaming and emotional manipulation in public from the CEO to anyone in his path. Inconsistent management. High turnover at the senior level. Incredibly unprofessional HR department that is headed by a CFO (always great to have a person solely concerned with the bottom line $$$$ supposedly managing people.) sooo many red flags. CMO encourages his teams to work 16-20 hours a day. Must show up and show butts in chairs at the office. Culture of toxic productivity. Entry level people asked to come in and work on their day off. TAKE THIS AS YOUR SIGN- DO NOT WORK HERE.

The product is the only positive thing.

Cons

These people don't care about you. You are just a number. They hire and fire with literally no regard for people's lives. They laid me off, an American in Israel to hire an American American. Then a month later decide to rehire in Israel. Onboarding is terrible, They sit you in front of their Academy and expect you to learn everything through a computer. Half the people on my team never even introduced themselves to me. If you want longevity, an established start up that will advance your knowledge and career, this isn't it. I wish I read these reviews before I wasted a month of my life.
