Management has bad communication skills, and the desire to find fault in drivers is number one priority.

I was looking for a job that I could love and have purpose in and becoming a school bus driver became just that! Working for Dean Transportation has been such a pleasure. I enjoy working along side all my co-workers! I feel a lot of support from the dispatchers and supervisor as-well! Can this job be stressful? At times yes, working with students can always brings it's challenges but getting to know your students and making a difference in their lives is what makes it completely worth it!

Summer's off... for some people that would be considered a Pro!
