      We don't get paid for the summer

      The students, The parents and the teachers.

      Cons

      The wages are very poor. we also do not get paid in the summer. we also barely get 25 hours a week. there is no room to advance in this company at all. also benefits are to high to afford on part time hours. it's barely enough to cover rent.
