      None no pros this company is filled with hypocrites and liars and thieves and they will lie to you and try to steal money from you and they will even go so far as to li e to the government about your they are monsters and they will ruin your life and treat you like property and a piece of trash and meat

      It's an easy job. Kids are behaved. Driving is easy

      Getting up soooo early to go to work . At 5 am . Driving alot you tired of diving after a while.

      Pros

      The kids make the job. They are amazing to work with and get to know. No other job is like this one. The pay was good and the benefits are nice (birthday and holiday gift cards from the owner). You don't have a manager constantly watching you. You get a LOT of paid training and they are very reasonable about picking up hours.

      Cons

      You are considered a seasonal worker. Once the school year is over, you are out of work and cannot file for unemployment during the summer. The communication from upper management wasn't the best a lot of the time. COVID has made the job so much different (not Dean's fault) and that really changed the job for me.
