Pros

Generally good people and intent (given that the environment can be quite frustrating as it's hard to do what's right for the business).

Cons

Not much transparency to decisions being made by leadership. Not a lot of data driven decision-making. Unrealistic objectives set causing a lot of turnover which created challenging environment to be effective and get results.

Growth is available to those willing to put in the effort. Pay raises seem to be fair and based on merit Good relationships with other workers

Cons

work place can be a little dramatic turnover rate is high because of lower starting wages, many high schoolers/college kids hired with minimal work ethics...

Love the product. There are some really talented people who aren't allowed to do their best because of mgt, even though they have the skills.

Cons

Disorganized mess. They try to do a lot of things, but none of it is done effectively. Lacking focus and a clear sense of direction.
