Awesome Co-workers and Boss; Great Pay; Beautiful Office Building; Community Involvement. Also important-family focused and a great location in the city.

Cons

I’m starting my fourth month employed here so it is too soon to comment. I have not identified any at the time of this review.

Pros

Love my job and the people I work with. As a growing, private company, have the opportunity to make recommendations and develop new systems. New ideas and innovation are encouraged and embraced.

Cons

Some departments could use additional support and procedures fine tuning and development. The out of pocket health benefit costs are high for families. General benefits could be better.

*Tremendous opportunities for growth. *Genuine, fair and caring leadership. *Competitive compensation. *Exciting changes with acquisitions and redevelopment projects. *Senior leadership recognizes employees as the most valuable asset and has improved employee appreciation through various programs which include employee events (holiday party, summer picnic, staff lunches and contest prizes) and increased bonuses and leasing commissions.

Cons

Benefits (holidays, vacation days, medical insurance, apartment discounts) can be improved.
