Out of the million things wrong with this company I'll tell you from first hand experience what I've gone through so that YOU do not make the mistake of working here!
1. If you think your going to reach Anyone in HR with questions about your paycheck, an emergency, filling out FMLA, or anything serious ... well honey you're better off getting in your car and driving down to the corporate office with your shirt off because that's the only way they will pay you any attention. I sent an email requesting documents when I first started to 4 different people and 4 years later I'm still waiting.
2. These properties are nasty! Nasty Nasty Nasty!!!! I've seen leasing consulatants work hard at trying to tour units when there's mold on the carpet, water stains on the ceiling, roaches everywhere, bugs so big you'd think the building was in Texas! But yet, you want the leasing consultants to have 40% closing ration. How do you sell an apartment for over two thousand dollars when you won't invest two cents into what really matters?
3. EVERYTHING is a con! Some days I would just go home and want to never come back, please do not trust the reviews of anything higher then 2 stars. Find a better job, work at Ross but not Decron, you'll start looking for another job because it takes two months to even hire you, and like I said, HR won't pick up the phone or respond back to emails so get ready to sit in limbo for a while ... I should have saw this as a sign but I was like you, just ready to work, now I'm ready to GO!!!!
