Decron continues to acquire new communities in California leading to many new opportunities for our team. Leadership is always looking for ways to improve our operations through technology and new programs.

The benefits for families are expensive.

Pros

Some of the people in corperate are AWESOME!! As well of some of the people in the field. There are some good, honest hardworking people at Decron.

Cons

Unprofessional employees, basic people who think they are better than everyone else, zero training for new hires, promotions, your just 'expected' to know or your treated like crap. Benefits are expensive and they aren't the best.
