      Cons

      disrespectful, dishonest, work you like a dog to get their bonuses at corp level, cancel holiday parties because they don't feel like anyone deserves it, low wages, little benefits, bonuses are a joke, not one nice person at all of corporate, disorganized, won't back you when they get complaints from residents. Basically envision the worst work situation and it's worse than that. STAY AWAY!!!

      Pros

      Great Maintenance managre and good renovations on apartments.

      Cons

      Management does not support more training and community is run-down and old. Other areas of the community were embarrassing to show to prospective tenants.

      Pros

      The company is continually growing, acquiring new properties and expanding plans and current properties. Some of the executives are engaged and interested in making the company a great place to work.

      Cons

      Not all of the executives seem to care about the employees, they care more about the money being brought in. It can feel like employees are expendable rather than working to build trust with employees. (Although new key hires have helped this point) Upgrades need to be made at both the properties as well as at corporate, but if there isn't an immediate ROI, then it gets pushed to the background.
