No micro-management; privilege to manage own schedule; trust in judgment related to work to keep projects moving; easy access to Senior Management when required; overall pleasant and easy going environment to work in.

Cons

None to date; sometimes it takes a while for vendors to get paid and it causes unnecessary stress to the project and vendor relationship.

they pay alright all things considered, and on time, and they aren't completely crazy.

Cons

treat their employees like garbage. worst supervisors in the world. liars. do not trust them. they will eventually crash and burn because so many people hate them.
